The arrival
Lime-washed walls, one heavy teak door, then green.
No lobby, no desk. You walk from the lane into a courtyard of frangipani and are handed a cold towel and a king coconut. Your name is already on the door.

Six metres of dark stone, shaded until noon, warm by four.

Where most guests spend the day, and where breakfast finds you.
The pavilion
Lanterns lit at six. Dinner is served here unless it rains.
